Hours of Operation

Museums:
Our museums are closed annually during January and February we will reopen in March 3rd 2025.

Office Hours: Our business office will remain open but require an appointment while we are closed January and February.

Admission: $5

Admission to the museums during the season is $5 for adults. Children 16 and younger are admitted free. Current members of the Jefferson County Historical Society also are admitted free.

Research Library:

The Research Library and Archives are open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, To schedule an appointment please call Carol at (812) 265-2335 or send an email to research@historicjeffersoncounty.org.
